Advantage of closed impeller is that material discharged in constant-volume. The impeller maintain a constant speed by speed reducer. The flow rate can adjusted by changes in rotational speed of the motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u25a0 STECF can stable feeding even good flow property(i.e. fine) powder.<\/strong><br>STECF has an outstanding material sealing performance. Since, even the material with good flow property, STECF offering stable feeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u25a0 Integration system offering for various apprication.<\/strong><br>STECF offers even integration of volumetric feeding system and pneumatic conveying system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Structure description<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u3010Overview\u3011<\/strong><br>Smooth auto feeder \u201cSTECF type\u201d is a multi directional quantitative feeder that enables continuous feeding of powder in multiple directions (2 to 4 directions) from a single stored silo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STECF has independent feeding units, it is possible to adjust the feeding amount individually according to the downstream equipment, so it is possible to downsizing of the equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, as a multidirectional feeder, by selecting the supply mechanism section that matches the properties of the powder and granular material, it is possible to select models \/ proposals that correspond to various facilities, such as a combination of a gravity drop method and a pneumatic conveying method .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u3010Structure\u3011<\/strong><br>The powder from the upstream equipment(e.g. silo) is relieved vertical pressure by the Spout\u2463.
