Features
■ CF Smooth Auto Feeder obtained continuous feeding without pulsation.
CF has grooved feeding table to continually bring material from lower vessel(i.e. main cylindrical body) to the discharge plow(vertical scraper). And combination changing depth of the scraper with adjust rotation speed of this table gives broad range of feed rate.
■ A wide range of feed rate settings are possible
By also adjusting the inverter and scraper depth, a wide range of feed rate settings are possible.
■ CF offers stable feeding even though adhesive powder.
Since CF has a structure for forcibly plowing the powder with a vertical scraper, stable feeding is possible even with adhesive powder.
■ Bridgeless design!
CF consists of a supply unit and a agitation unit.
Since it is possible to design that a feeding table with a small diameter is arranged outside the diameter of the silo opening, stable feeding is possible even if feeding amount is small.
■ The actualization of accurate feeding
Since CF can be made less susceptible to the influence of bulk specific gravity due to powder stress by adopting a spout to relax powder stress, it is possible to feed stable even with powder having good flow property.

【Overview】
Smooth auto feeder “CF type” adopts its own double-axle feeding system and incorporates grooved feeding table with discharge plow into the supply mechanism, thereby making it possible to continuous feeding without pulsation.
Since CF has a structure for forcibly plowing the powder with a scraper, stable feeding is possible even with adhesive powder.
【Structure】
The powder from the upstream equipment(e.g. silo) is relieved vertical pressure by the Spout①. Therefore, the powder is filled in the Feeding Table⑥ by Agitator③ with less consolidation.
The powder is leveled by the depth of the groove of the rotating Feeding Table⑥ and is continuously discharged by the Vertical(Diagonal) Scraper⑧.
Combination the depth of the Vertical Scraper⑧ with adjust rotation speed by inverter of Feeding Table⑥ gives broad range of feed rate.
