GMEC will not provide PERSONAL INFORMATION to any third party, except for the following case.

  • In case GMEC get customer’s consent
  • In case of disclosure to our associated company or contractee company which GMEC concluded non-disclosure agreement with, within the scope necessary for the achievement of the purpose of use.
  • For statistical data utilization which can not be identified a specific individual customer’s personal information, because of its anonymisation.
  • Disclosure in response to specific requests by laws and regulations
