ELCF Type Smooth Auto Feeder

For Various Kinds of Dry Powders
Features
■ ELCF Type Smooth Auto Feeder achieves stable feeding in various dry powders.
impeller maintain a constant speed by speed reducer. The flow rate can adjusted by changes in rotational speed of the motor.
■ Suitable for high fluid powder feeding as well
ELCF has an outstanding material sealing performance. Since, even the material with good flow property, ELCF offering stable feeding.
■ Allows for high accurate feeding
Since ELCF can be made less susceptible to the influence of bulk specific gravity due to powder stress by adopting a spout to relax powder stress, it is possible to feed stable even with powder having good flow property.
■ Handles adhesive and firmly adhesive powders
Since ELCF can change its internal structure according to powder properties to be handled, it can stably feeding powder with high adhesive property like fly ash,or powder with high cohesive property like cement/baking soda.

Structure description
【Overview】
Smooth auto feeder “ELCF type” is a reliable quantitative feeder that discharges various dry powder continuously and highly accurately to the downstream process.
By adopting an encircle type feeding table with outstanding material sealing performance, this equipment can stably feeding even good flow property powders.
Due to the technology and reliability cultivated in the history of half a century, we have many achievements in various industries including pollution prevention equipment, chemical industry, steelmaking / refining / metal industry, paper industry, food industry, etc.
【Structure】
The powder from the upstream equipment(e.g. silo) is relieved vertical pressure by the Spout④. Therefore, the powder is filled in the Feeding Table⑦ by Agitator⑤ with less consolidation.
The powder is leveled by the depth of the impeller of the rotating Feeding Table⑦ and is continuously discharged from the Chute⑥.
Feed rate can be adjusted by changing the motor rotation speed with the inverter.

Usage Examples
■ Automatic Dissolution System
Our feeders are used for feeding of chemicals (powders) into dissolving tanks,
which need reliable concentration control, in dissolution equipment, such as factory drainage
treatment/neutralization equipment and other water treatment equipment at treatment plants.

■ Fly Ash Feeding System
At waste incineration facilities, they find use as quantitative reliable feeders for feeding fly ash to the next process
(solidification in ash beds).

Examples of Applications with CF-type Feeders

ELCF-100N-SP
In sewage treatment facilities they feed slake lime to surry generating equipment.

ELCFD-200N-SP
In combustion research equipment and steel works they feed fuel(pulverized coal).

ELCFD-400N-SP
In waste incineration and fly ash processing facilities they feed fly ash.

ELCF-300N-SP
In feed manufacturing equipment they feed raw materials.
