Specification
・Grain Checker 1.0 Ibuki is an “automatically controlled stand-alone weighing feeder”, with no need for additional equipment (e.g. conveyor scale and weighing hopper).
・GMEC’s unique weighing mechanism offers the capability of weighing “grains”, which our conventional Cell-In Checker was difficult to handle.

＊Depending on the shape of grains, prior test run is needed to adjust the weighing parts in the machine.
Features
・A single space-saving unit to cover all the conventional functions needed for weighing substances(e.g. weigh scale hopper and charge equipment)
・An internal load cell in the feeder provides feed rate control,without any negative influences such as vibration and contact.
・Particulate materials in the feeder can be continuously weighed by the small-format load cell, providing accurate feed rate control.
・Multi-directional type ( 2-4 directions) is a lso available and offers continuous feed rate control individually.
・Pellets are also available for weighing.
