Features

• Molten fly ash has adhesiveness and deliquescence in its property, thus quantitative feeding is difficult due to adhesiveness and poor drainability. On the other hand, since it has flushing properties like incineration fly ash, it was necessary to develop a feeder that combines adhesion and flushing countermeasures at the same time. Therefore, GMEC developed a feeder that has special encircled type feeding table. MP can be used for applications that need to resolve both other adhesion and flushing simultaneously.

【Overview】

Smooth auto feeder “Mas-pl Feeder” is a reliable quantitative feeder that discharges various dry powder continuously and highly accurately to the downstream process.

By adopting an thin feeding table, Mas-pl Feeder achieved constant feeding even though powder has adhesive property. Further more, impeller type feeding table with outstanding material sealing performance, this equipment can stably feeding even good flow property powders.

Vertical powder stress from upstream equipment is relieved by the spout. Therefore the powder is filled in the Feeding Table by Agitator with less consolidation. Thus Mas-pl feeder achieved stable feeding.

 
【Structure】

The powder from the upstream equipment (e.g. Silo) is charged to the Feeding Table⑥ in a uniform condition without consolidation by the Agitator⑧.

The raw material charged to the Feeding Table⑥ is levelled to a certain amount by the Levelling Plate and discharge from the Chute⑫ section.

Mas-pl Feeder achieves a variable feed rate by the inverter adjustment.
