Smooth Auto Feeder “STCF Type” achieved high precision feeding for materials with adhesive property in series use of the cylindrical flat bottomed hopper.

STCF achieved stable material feeding without pulsation by forcibly discharged from turn table.
■ Feed rate can be flexibly changed.
Combination the depth of the vertical scraper with adjust rotation speed by inverter of feeding table gives broad range of feed rate.

【Overview】
Smooth auto feeder “STCF type” is a multi directional quantitative feeder that enables continuous feeding of powder in multiple directions (2 to 6 directions) from a single stored silo.
STCF has independent feeding units, it is possible to adjust the feeding amount individually according to the downstream equipment, so it is possible to downsizing of the equipment.
【Structure】
The powder from the upstream equipment (e.g. Silo) is charged to the Feeding Table⑨ in a uniform condition without consolidation by the Agitator②.
The powder is leveled by the depth of the groove of the rotating Feeding Table⑨ and is continuously discharged by the Vertical(Diagonal) Scraper⑦.
Combination the depth of the Vertical Scraper⑦ with adjust rotation speed by inverter of Feeding Table⑨ gives broad range of feed rate.
